An online ordering process that’s as minimalistic as the cars themselves.
- 01.Order new
Configure a car down to the last detail and have it made to order. Or order a new Polestar from our existing pre-configured inventory.
Upon placing an order, a Polestar ID will be created so you can keep track of its progress.
- 02.Pay online
A few working days after placing an order, we’ll finalise the paperwork and e-mail a link to complete payment, and a digital sales contract based on the selected payment or financing option.

Please note, it can take up to two weeks longer to finalise sales contracts for configured cars. - 03.Manage the order
Log in with your Polestar ID to see all personal details, financing options, a delivery timeline, and other. Once the car is delivered, use this ID to log in to the Polestar App.
Log in - 04.Delivery day
You’ll receive an email confirming the exact delivery moment and location.
During the handover, a Polestar specialist will run through a checklist to make sure everything is as it should be. They’ll also take time to clarify all the car’s features, from unlocking the car and charging the battery, to downloading and pairing the Polestar app.
