If you’ve placed your order directly with us, you can contact Polestar support for more information on the delivery date, registration, and other updates. For cars purchased through a leasing company, we refer you to their support department as they have ordered your Polestar and are the legal owner.
The order information is only displayed if you log in with the e-mail address that was used to place the order. Follow the correct steps to create and link the Polestar ID in the activation email. If you need to change the e-mail address for your Polestar-ID, please contact [Polestar support.
Once the original activation link has expired, you should automatically receive a new one which is valid for another 30 days. If you did not receive an e-mail with this link or did not manage to activate your account within 30 days, you can contact Polestar support for help.
