Should our customers wish to part exchange, they will follow the same process as for new Polestar. Please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation with the car you want as soon as possible.

If you haven't signed the order confirmation your reservation deposit will be automatically returned within 5 working days. However, if you accept the car and bring it back within a 7-day period, you will receive a full refund in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee.
