Before delivery, you will be given access to a payment instruction document which includes total sum, payment reference, and how your payment is to be completed. When a payment has been registered by Polestar, a payment receipt will be available on your order page. The final invoice, with GST specification, will be available on your order page a few days after delivery.

Your final invoice will include your VIN-number, your configuration options and all fees excluding and including GST.

No, since the payment is a deposit which is reimbursed to you, no invoice or GST will be issued for the deposit. Use your order confirmation (which is sent to your email address) as a reference for your payment.

Polestar accepts bank transfers, loan financing or leasing. Confirm the payment method of your choice when placing your order or when confirming your financing on your order page after placing your order. We require full payment, or a valid payment guarantee from a financing partner, before your order is delivered.

We require payment of the full amount, either personally or through a guarantee from a financing partner, before the handover of your order. If your financing does not include the full amount, we require you to settle the residual amount prior to delivery.

To make your final payment, refer to the payment section on your order page and follow the provided payment instructions. Delayed payment may affect your delivery date.

Yes, just repeat the bank transfer for every transaction, and always use your 8-digit order number as a reference for the payments.

You can only use your debit/credit card to pay for an order deposit and if you want to make a separate purchase of extras for your Polestar.

No, all configuration options will be included in your final invoice. You may however purchase winter wheels separately in our Extras Webshop which can be accessed from your order page.

If your order is to be partially paid with a down payment, you will receive instructions on how to make this payment directly to Polestar before delivery.

If you have chosen to lease your Polestar, all payments will be made to your leasing partner. If you have chosen loan financing, the down payment will be paid directly to Polestar.
