I have placed my order. When can I expect a delivery date?

When placing your order, you will be given an estimated month of delivery. When your order has been sent for production, your order page will also be updated to include an estimated delivery month for your order. This estimate will be updated continuously with the progression of your order. A few weeks before delivery, a suggested date and time for your handover will be made available on your order page.

Where will my Polestar be delivered?

We will pre-select the closest handover location to deliver your Polestar based on the address provided when placing your order. When your order has been sent for production, the handover location will be made available on your order page.

Question 3

Can I bring my family when I receive my new car?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to do so, just make sure you will all fit in your brand new Polestar for the drive home if you have selected to have winter tires delivered with you car. If you are uncertain, please call customer care.

Question 4

What happens if I can't attend the specified handover date?

Accepted Answer

You will be able to select your handover date and time yourself closer to delivery. If you are unable to attend the specified handover date even after your confirmation, you can contact Polestar Support and change time and date for handover.

Can I change delivery location?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is a certain window with which changes can be made to your delivery location. Please contact Polestar support to make sure.

Question 6

I cant collect my order, can I send someone else?

Accepted Answer

No, you need to collect your order yourself. This is due to the fact that we need to verify identification and registration at handover.

Question 7

How much do I need to pay before my Polestar is delivered?

Accepted Answer

We require payment of the full amount, either personally or through a guarantee from a financing partner, before the handover of your order. If your financing does not include the full amount, we require you to settle the residual amount prior to delivery.
