Polestar 2 – Information zu Stoffen auf der Kandidatenliste (C&L-Verzeichnis) gemäß REACH-Verordnung, Artikel 33.1
Gemäß Artikel 33.1 der REACH-Verordnung (Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006)1 sind Geschäftskunden über besonders besorgniserregende Stoffe (SVHC2) zu informieren, die in Erzeugnissen der Polestar Performance AB enthalten sind. Die Verordnung soll die sichere Handhabung der besorgniserregenden Stoffe gewährleisten, die in einem Erzeugnis enthalten sind, und dient damit dem Schutz von Mensch und Umwelt.
Da die REACH-Verordnung im Allgemeinen und insbesondere Artikel 33 vollständig mit unserem Engagement zur Förderung einer verantwortungsvollen Herstellung, Funktion und Verwendung unserer Produkte übereinstimmen, unterstützt die Polestar Performance AB deren Zielsetzung voll und ganz.
Inhalt der Stoffe in der Kandidatenliste
Die in der folgenden „Tabelle von Stoffen auf der Kandidatenliste“ aufgeführten Teile enthalten beim jeweiligen Fahrzeug Stoffe aus dem C&L-Verzeichnis, deren Massenanteil über 0,1 Prozent beträgt. Die Informationen zu den Stoffen aus dem C&L-Verzeichnis basieren neben unseren eigenen Produktdaten auch auf den Angaben unserer Zulieferer.
Allgemeine Informationen zur sicheren Verwendung von Erzeugnissen
Jedes Fahrzeug der Polestar Performance AB ist mit einer Betriebsanleitung ausgestattet, die Informationen zur sicheren Fahrzeugbenutzung für Halter/Fahrer/Benutzer enthält. In den Informationen der Polestar Performance AB zur Fahrzeugreparatur und -wartung sowie zu Originalteilen sind auch Angaben zur sicheren Handhabung enthalten, die sich an das Servicepersonal richten.
Die Stoffe, die in der betreffenden „Tabelle von Stoffen auf der Kandidatenliste“ angegeben und in Teilen des jeweiligen Fahrzeugs enthalten sind, wurden so eingebaut, dass die potenzielle Exponierung der Kunden und eine Gefährdung von Menschen oder Umwelt minimiert ist, sofern das Fahrzeug und seine Teile auf die vorgesehene Weise benutzt und Reparaturen, Service und Wartung gemäß den technischen Anweisungen für diese Arbeitsvorgänge mit branchenüblicher fachmännischer Praxis ausgeführt werden.
Ein ausgedientes Fahrzeug darf innerhalb der EU nur über eine anerkannte Rücknahmestelle oder einen anerkannten Altfahrzeugdemontagebetrieb (ATF) entsorgt werden. Die Fahrzeugteile sind gemäß den jeweils geltenden Gesetzen und Anweisungen der lokalen Behörden zu demontieren/entsorgen.
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass fast alle Produktgruppen Blei enthalten (CAS-Nr. 7439-92-1), das vor allem als Legierungselement in Stahl, Aluminium und Kupfer eingesetzt wird.
