Assistance via Polestar Connect
Polestar assistance can offer assistance in the event of a breakdown or if your vehicle unexpectedly becomes immobilized.
Polestar assistance is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and can be accessed by pressing the CONNECT button in the overhead console or via the Polestar app. If data sharing for Polestar Connect is enabled, Polestar assistance will receive information on the vehicle's location.
