Rear seat reminder
The system provides a reminder that a passenger or object may still be in the rear seat before the driver leaves the vehicle.
The rear seat reminder monitors if any rear door was opened and then closed.
A reminder to check that no passenger or object was forgotten in the rear seat is then provided in the instrument panel when the parking brake is activated.
