Yes, your Polestar ID is created automatically when ordering your Polestar. You need to activate your Polestar ID within 30 days to be able to proceed with your order. This is done by clicking the link in the message which is sent to your provided e-mail address.

If you have a trade-in, you will provide details closer to delivery. At that time you can also apply for credit, if you are financing or leasing your Polestar, and schedule your Polestar handover.

We will do our best to accommodate modifications. Making changes to your configuration depends on the status of your order at the factory. Please contact Polestar Customer Support for assistance with your specific needs.

Yes, but we'll be sad to see you go. Please contact the space on your order and they will help you process the cancellation. Contact details can be found on the Space pages. Please make sure you have your order number handy. Your deposit will be refunded directly to the card used to place the order. Fees may apply, please see order terms and conditions.

Production slot timing can only be guaranteed once we receive confirmation of your order, so we recommend completing your order as soon as you are able. Pre-orders that are not converted within six months will expire.

As our assortment of add-ons are sourced separately from our cars, we cannot guarantee delivery of add-ons when you collect your car. Please check available options when ordering add-ons in our webshop.

You will be given an estimated delivery and handover window when you order your Polestar.. We will be sure to communicate all delivery updates directly to you via email.
