Your local importer will assist you in setting up a Polestar ID prior to, or during the handover. You can also set up your Polestar ID on the sign up form.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the ‘Forgot password function’ on the login page to restore your password. If you don’t have access to your Polestar ID’s username account (email/mobile number), please contact your local importer.

What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to your Polestar ID username and password, you’ll need to enter a code (sent to you via email or SMS) to sign in.

If you are the first owner of the car, connecting the Polestar app to the car will automatically add it to your account.
