Polestar 2 – Información sobre la lista de sustancias candidatas (CL) según el Reglamento REACH-, artículo 33.1
Según el artículo 33.1 del Reglamento REACH (reglamento (EG) núm. 1907/2006)1 se informará a los clientes profesionales de la existencia de sustancias especialmente nocivas (SVHC2) en los productos suministrados de Polestar Performance AB. La intención es permitir una manipulación segura de los componentes integrantes que conciernan, para proteger a las personas y al medio ambiente.
Polestar Performance AB apoya el propósito del reglamento REACH en general, y en particular del artículo 33, que está de acuerdo con nuestro compromiso de fomentar la fabricación, manejo y uso responsables de nuestros productos.
Contenido de sustancias de la lista de sustancias candidatas
Los artículos abajo indicados "Tabla de sustancias de la lista de sustancias candidatas" contiene las sustancias integrantes en más del 0,1 por ciento en peso en la lista de sustancias candidatas (CL) del automóvil marcado. La información sobre las sustancias de la lista de sustancias candidatas (CL) se basa en los datos que hemos obtenido de nuestros proveedores y datos de productos nuestros.
Información general para el uso seguro de mercancías
Cada automóvil de Polestar Performance AB va provisto de un manual del propietario que contiene información acerca del uso seguro para el propietario/conductor/usuario del vehículo. En la información de Polestar Performance AB relativa a la reparación y las revisiones de los automóviles y a las piezas originales, también se incluye información sobre el uso seguro para el personal técnico a cargo de las revisiones.
Las sustancias que se indican en la "Tabla de sustancias de la lista de sustancias candidatas" correspondiente y que aparecen en piezas de cada automóvil concreto están integradas de tal manera que la exposición potencial de los clientes y los riesgos para las personas o el medio ambiente puedan reducirse al mínimo, siempre y cuando el automóvil y sus piezas se utilicen de la forma prevista y que las reparaciones, las revisiones y el mantenimiento se lleven a cabo según las indicaciones técnicas para dichas actividades y siguiendo la buena praxis habitual en el sector.
Un vehículo fuera de uso solo puede gestionarse como desecho de forma legal dentro de la UE en una instalación de gestión de residuos autorizada (ATF). Las piezas del automóvil deben gestionarse como desecho según la normativa local vigente y siguiendo las indicaciones de las autoridades locales.
Queremos informar que casi todos los campos de productos contienen plomo (CAS No 7439-92-1), primariamente como elemento de aleación del acero, aluminio y cobre.
