Polestar 2 - Informations concernant les substances sur la liste des substances candidates (CL) selon le règlement REACH, article 33.1
Suivant l'article 33.1 du règlement REACH (règlement (CE) no 1907/2006)1 les clients professionnels doivent être informés de la présence de substances particulièrement dangereuses (SVHC2) dans les produits Polestar Performance AB. Le but est de permettre la manipulation en toute sécurité des composants concernés afin de protéger les personnes et l'environnement.
Polestar Performance AB supporte l'application du règlement REACH, en particulier l'article 33, qui reflète notre engagement pour une production, une manipulation et une utilisation responsables de nos produits.
Contenu des substances candidates
Les articles qui figurent dans le "Tableau des substances dans la liste des substances candidates" contiennent des substances en pourcentage de poids supérieur à 0,1 dans la liste des substances candidates (CL) de la voiture en question. Les informations sur les substances dans la liste des substances candidates (CL) se basent sur les données que nous avons obtenues de nos fournisseurs et sur nos propres fiches de produit.
Informations générales pour une utilisation des produits en toute sécurité
Chaque voiture de Polestar Performance AB est livrée avec un manuel de conduite et d'entretien contenant des informations pour une utilisation en toute sécurité de la voiture par son propriétaire/conducteur/utilisateur. Les informations sur les réparations et l'entretien de Polestar Performance AB pour les voitures et pièces d'origine contiennent également des renseignements à l'usage du personnel de maintenance pour un usage en toute sécurité.
Les substances indiquées dans le « Tableau de substances candidates » adéquat et présentes dans les pièces de la voiture concernée sont intégrées de manière à minimiser l'exposition des clients ainsi que les risques pour les personnes et l'environnement tant que la voiture et ses composants sont utilisés correctement, et que la réparation, l'entretien et la maintenance sont exécutés conformément aux instructions techniques correspondant à ces activités et aux pratiques standard du secteur.
Une voiture en fin de vie doit être mise au rebut dans le respect de la législation de l'UE, par un professionnel agréé spécialisé dans le traitement des déchets (ATF). Les pièces automobiles doivent être traitées conformément à la législation locale en vigueur et selon les instructions des autorités locales.
Nous informons que presque tous les domaines de produits contiennent du plomb (No CAS 7439-92-1), principalement comme élément d'alliage dans l'acier, l'aluminium et le cuivre.
