What does "hybrid remote" mean?

We value work-life balance and have therefore set a general policy for working from your assigned office at least three days per week. This policy is currently adapted on a team level and may change over time. We'll specify what applies for each role in the job advert.

How do you ensure a non-biased recruitment process?

For us, the talent, passion, and attitude are what really matters. Information like your name, date of birth, pictures and gender are automatically hidden by the applicant tracking system in the first round, to keep things focused on relevant experience. Candidates who continue to progress go through a process that includes Interviews to gauge competence and the use of different assessment tools.
