Student designer Bangning An extends the idea of “performance” in a different direction by conceiving a very small, and very accessible, quadricyle.

While other cars of this size and city orientation have utilitarian, product-like aesthetics, the Polestar Revopod brings a strong stance and other cues from performance cars to the small car format. The central idea to the design, however, is the revolving seat (hence the name “Revo”) that enables easy rear access to the car, and also provides a valuable rear-facing covered seat space when not driving.

The integrated scooter mounted into the front of the design adds greater accessibility for the less mobile, and is realised according to Polestar’s performance design values.
