A total of six physical keys can be programmed and used for one single car. If additional keys are ordered, additional user profiles are added – one per new key.

If you lose a key

Contact your Polestar-authorised service centre if you lose a key. The code of the missing key must be erased from the system as a theft prevention measure. Take the remaining keys with you to the workshop if a key shall be removed from the system or if a new key shall be added.
