Polestar 2 – Informasjon om stoffer på kandidatlisten (CL) ifølge REACH-forordningen, artikkel 33.1
Ifølge artikkel 33.1 i REACH-forordningen ((EF) nr. 1907/2006)1 skal yrkesmessige kunder informeres om forekomsten av spesielt farlige stoffer (SVHC2) i produkter levert av Polestar Performance AB. Hensikten er å gi mulighet til sikker håndtering av de berørte komponentene som inngår, for å beskytte mennesker og miljø.
Polestar Performance AB støtter målsetningen med REACH-forordningen generelt, og spesielt artikkel 33, som samsvarer med vår forpliktelse til å fremme ansvarlig produksjon, håndtering og bruk av våre produkter.
Innhold av stoffer i kandidatlisten
Artiklene som er oppført i tabellen "Stoffer på kandidatlisten" inneholder stoffer som inngå med mer enn 0,1 vektprosent på kandidatlisten (CL) for den markerte bilen. Informasjonen om stoffer på kandidatlisten (CL) er basert på opplysningene vi har fått fra våre leverandører og egne produktdata.
Generell informasjon for sikker bruk av varer
Alle biler fra Polestar Performance AB er utstyrt med en førerveiledning som inneholder informasjon om sikker bruk for bilens eier/fører/bruker. I Polestar Performance ABs informasjon om reparasjon av og service på biler og originaldeler finnes også informasjon om sikker bruk for servicepersonell.
De stoffene som er angitt i den aktuelle tabellen "Stoffer på kandidatlisten" og som forekommer i deler av bilen, er bygd inn på en slik måte at potensiell eksponering overfor kunder og risiko for mennesker eller miljø kan minimere så lenge bilen og delene av den brukes på tiltenkt måte, og reparasjoner, service og vedlikehold utføres i samsvar med de tekniske anvisningene for disse aktivitetene og i samsvar med god standardpraksis innen bransjen.
En bil som ikke skal brukes lenger skal kun avfallshåndteres på lovlig måte innen EU ved et autorisert avfallsmottak. Bildeler skal avfallshåndteres ifølge gjeldende lokal lovgivning og anvisninger fra lokale myndigheter.
Vi informerer om at nesten alle produktområdene inneholder bly (CAS No 7439-92-1), primært som legeringselement i stål, aluminium og kobber.
