Polestar 2 – Information om ämnen på kandidatförteckning (CL) enligt REACH-förordningen, artikel 33.1
Enligt artikel 33.1 i REACH-förordningen (förordningen (EG) nr 1907/2006)1 ska yrkesmässiga kunder informeras om förekomsten av särskilt farliga ämnen (SVHC2) i Polestar Performance AB levererade produkter. Avsikten är att möjliggöra säker hantering av de ingående komponenter som berörs för att skydda människor och miljön.
Polestar Performance AB stödjer målsättningen med REACH-förordningen generellt, och i synnerhet artikel 33, som överensstämmer med vårt åtagande att främja ansvarsfull tillverkning, handhavande och användning av våra produkter.

De artiklar som finns på nedan "Tabell över ämnen på kandidatförteckningen" innehåller ämnen som ingår med mer än 0,1 viktprocent på kandidatförteckningen (CL) för den utmärkta bilen. Informationen om ämnen på kandidatförteckningen (CL) är baserat på de uppgifter vi erhållit från våra leverantörer och egna produktdata.
Allmän information för säker användning av varor
Varje bil från Polestar Performance AB är försedd med en ägarmanual som innehåller information om säker användning för bilens ägare/förare/användare. I Polestar Performance AB information om reparation och service av bilar och originaldelar ingår även information om säker användning för servicepersonal.
De ämnen som anges i tillämplig "Tabell över ämnen på kandidatföreteckningen" och som förekommer i delar av den specifika bilen är inbyggda på ett sådant sätt att potentiell exponering mot kunder samt risker för människor eller miljö kan minimeras så länge som bilen och dess delar används på avsett sätt och reparationer, service och underhåll utförs enligt de tekniska anvisningarna för dessa aktiviteter och enligt god standardpraxis inom branschen.
En uttjänt bil får endast avfallshanteras på laglig väg inom EU vid en auktoriserad avfallshanteringsanläggning (ATF). Bildelar ska avfallshanteras enligt lokalt gällande lagstiftning och enligt anvisningar från lokala myndigheter.
Vi informerar om att nästan alla produktområden innehåller bly (CAS No 7439-92-1), primärt som legeringselement i stål, aluminium och koppar.
