When you press the SOS button you are always connected to Polestar Assistance in the market where the car is located. An emergency call centre is contacted if Polestar Assistance is not available in that market.

When you press the ON CALL button you are always connected to your home country's Polestar Assistance.

In countries without a roaming agreement, there are no Polestar Connect services available.
