Digital Key
Your phone can be used as a key using the Digital Key app. An active digital key is required in the app for Digital Key to work.
Download the Digital Key
The Digital Key is available for iOS and Android. Download it for free from the Apple Appstore or Google Play.
Log in to the app with your Polestar ID.
Follow the instructions in the app.
Active digital key
There has to be an active digital key for you to be able to use Digital Key. The digital key is linked to the user's Polestar ID. Open the app to check that the digital key is active. For more information, contact Polestar Customer Support.
If you lose your phone or sell the car
Contact Polestar Customer Support to delete the digital key from the system.
