Rearranging apps
You can rearrange the apps in the app library so that they are shown in an order of your choice.
Rearranging the apps can be useful, such as when you want to have your frequently used apps shown first.
Press the app library symbol 
in the bottom bar.
in the bottom bar.Press and hold any app to go into edit mode.
Drag the apps into the order you want them to be in.
Press Exit edit mode once you have finished rearranging the apps.
