Using the dashcam app

You can record videos and take photos via the dashcam app.

You can record videos or take photos of the road ahead with the exterior-facing camera.

You can customise when and how you want the dashcam app to operate. By selecting different dashcam app options, you can record a time-lapse video, set a timer for a photo to be taken or mute the sound on any video recordings. An ongoing recording is indicated by a symbol in the centre display's status bar.

 Tip

The dashcam app can also be controlled using voice control.

Accessing your photos and recordings

The images and recordings from the dashcam app are stored on a separate TF1 memory card in the glove box.

 Note

A TF memory card is required to be able to store recordings and photos in the gallery. The car doesn't come with a memory card pre-installed so you need to buy one separately. Read the separate section in this manual for more detailed information about the memory card's required specification.

You can access your gallery of saved photos and videos via the dashcam app. Alternatively, you can go to the app library and open the gallery app.

The storage capacity of the TF memory card is limited. If the limit is reached, the oldest photos or videos in your gallery are automatically deleted to make space for new ones.
