Polestar Precept: From Concept to Car, Episode 6

Change comes from within. Even if the influences come from without.

The colour and material designers of Polestar Precept wanted to create a new definition of premium. One for the electric age. One expressed in modern, sustainable, circular materials that break from the chrome-and-leather tradition of legacy automotive brands.

So, they looked elsewhere, ignoring convention in favour of innovative solutions from unlikely sources, such as the worlds of high fashion and footwear. What they developed were materials that both boost sustainability credentials, and create a thoroughly unique, unquestionably premium experience for those inside the vehicle.

Learn about the processes of choosing colours and materials, both for Precept and the brand, in episode 6 of the documentary series “From Concept to Car”.
