A Pre-owned Polestar follows a global standard. Each Pre-owned Polestar is fully checked by Polestar technicians to ensure it meets strict standards. Vehicles are professionally prepared and come with warranty and roadside assistance (minimum 24 months) and a satisafaction guarantee (14 days).
At Polestar, we work with our partners to provide Trade-In solutions. Should you wish to trade-in your current car, then please either contact the Space team where you are purchasing your new Pre-owned car, or alternatively for further guidance, please contact Polestar Support.
To ensure consistent view of the colours and specification of each car, we provide some studio images. Each car offered for sale, will include a large number of actual photos of the car being offered.
You can book a test drive of one of our Demonstrator vehicles via Polestar.com or by visiting a Polestar Space. You can also speak to the Polestar location selling your chosen car and, where possible, they may be able to offer you a trest drive with that car.
We currently offer a variety of payment alternatives including financing, leasing, and cash payment through our financial service providers. Should you have any specific questions, please reach out to the selling location or contact Polestar Support.

Please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation with the car you want as soon as possible. If you require any further assistance, please contact Polestar Support.
For any questions following the Handover of your Pre-owned Polestar, please contact the selling location in the first instance. Should you have further questions or require support, please contact Polestar Support.
Once you have selected your Pre-owned Polestar, the location team will be able to discuss the delivery and collection options which are available to you and any associated costs.
You will receive an email from Polestar, confirming your order. From here, you will be prompted to sign into your Polestar portal account and create your Polestar ID, if you haven't already done so. In the Portal you can continue to confirm your order, finalise your finance options and sign the sales contract. If you need assistance, you can contact Polestar Support or the Polestar location selling the car. If you are financing the purchase, then you will also be contacted by the Polestar Finance team to finalise the details and for you to sign the finance agreement.
