Change of market when importing or relocating

If you import a vehicle or move to another country with your vehicle, you should contact Polestar Customer Support for assistance registering the vehicle in your new country. If you do not do this then you may experience that apps, the Polestar 1 app, software downloads and other online services are affected and do not work correctly.

Creating a new Polestar ID in your new home market

If you relocate to another country, you should create a Polestar ID in the new country. If you have already created a Polestar ID in another country and want to use the same email address, you must first delete your Polestar ID in the region you originally created it. You can also create a new Polestar ID with another email address.

Download the Polestar 1 app

Download the Polestar 1 app from the country in which the vehicle will be used and then link the app to your vehicle.

Contact Polestar Customer Support if you have imported or relocated with your vehicle to a new country.
