Adjusting the rearview mirror dimming function*
Auto-dim*
Bright light from behind is automatically* dimmed by the rearview mirror and door mirrors when it is dark outside or in limited light conditions, such as when driving in tunnels. In the center display, you can set whether auto dim should be active or not active while driving.
Dimming is adjusted automatically, via light sensors in the rearview mirror, for both the rearview mirror and door mirrors.
Tap

Tap Mirrors and select the desired setting.
Note
If the sensors are obstructed by e.g. a parking permit, transponder, sunshade or objects on the seats or parcel shelf in a way that prevents light from reaching the sensors, the auto-dim function in the rearview and door mirrors will be reduced.
