Stolen Vehicle Tracking with Polestar Connect
If you suspect the vehicle has been stolen, you can use the Polestar app to contact Polestar Assistance for help attempting to locate the vehicle.1
If the vehicle has been stolen or otherwise used without permission, the vehicle's owner, the police and Polestar Assistance can agree to track the vehicle.
Note
This applies even if the vehicle has been opened and stolen using the associated remote key.
The following must be done:
Contact Polestar Assistance and tell them you would like help tracking the vehicle. Tracking begins.
File a police report.
Contact Polestar Assistance again and give them the police case number.
Polestar Assistance will give the vehicle's location to the police.
Note
A police report must have been filed for the vehicle to be tracked. Polestar Assistance only provides information to the police.
