Important
Never scrape or rub a stain, as this could damage the upholstery.
Important
Never use stain removers or strong solvents, as these could damage the upholstery.
Cleaning textile upholstery
- Begin by vacuuming the upholstery.
- Follow the instructions for the textile cleaning agent.
- An upholstery cleaning machine is recommended to vacuum up washing fluid and rinse water.
Warning
Never spray cleaning agents on the sides of the seats where the airbags are mounted. Apply the cleaning agent to a cloth instead and use the cloth to wipe the seats clean.
Important
Certain dyed clothing (such as denim or suede) may stain the fabric upholstery. Heavy stains such as oil may be difficult to remove.
Important
Always clean the entire upholstery, even if there are only individual stains. This will help avoid water rings.
Note
Do not remove upholstery when cleaning.
Cleaning the ceiling liner
- Brush the ceiling liner carefully using a soft brush.
- Follow the instructions for the textile cleaning agent.
- Then use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe down the ceiling liner.
Important
Careless cleaning could damage the ceiling liner.
