Warning
Important
Do not place cards with NFC, such as key cards or electronic payment cards, between the wireless charger and the device when using the charging function. This could damage them.
Keep sensitive devices away from the vehicle sensors so that neither suffer interference or damage.
Before charging the key fob, make sure there are no other objects on the charger.
Place the fob on the center of the wireless charger with the logo facing upwards.

The key fob starts charging.
While charging, the fob works like a key card.
Tip
Important
To maintain optimal battery health, don't leave the battery fully discharged for long periods.
If the fob is left with a discharged battery for too long, you won't be able to recharge it. If the battery is completely discharged and does not respond to being recharged, you can buy a new one. Contact a Polestar Authorized Service Point for more information.
Note
The card reader, fob charger and wireless charger are all located in the same place. Therefore, if you have a key card or key fob on the wireless charger, you have to remove it to be able to wirelessly charge a phone.
If the fob is too hot or too cold, it won't charge correctly.
The vehicle will not respond to any key if the vehicle battery is completely discharged.
Remember that even if the fob has a discharged battery, it can still be used as a key card.
