Knowing the vehicle's detailed information can help facilitate contact with Polestar Customer Support and ordering spare parts and accessories.

Your Polestar is designed to meet all applicable emission standards, as evidenced by the label. The label is located on the left side of the hood's inner panel and will be visible when the hood is opened.
The certification label is located on the left-hand door pillar and will be visible when the door is open.
Examples of information you can find on the certification label:
- Vehicle identification number
- Weight information
- Build date
