Dealing with manufacturing issues
If the car has a problem that has arisen due to manufacturing issues, we can arrange pickup and delivery within 100 miles (160km) of a Service point or a replacement car for 2024 model year Polestar. For previous model years, pickup and delivery is offered within 150 miles (242km) of a Service point. These offers are available within the New Vehicle limited warranty of 4 years/50,000 miles and are subject to change.
