Yes, your Polestar ID is created automatically when ordering your Polestar. You need to activate your Polestar ID within 30 days to be able to proceed with your order. This is done by clicking the link in the message which is sent to your provided e-mail address.
If you have a trade-in, you will provide details closer to delivery. At that time you can also apply for credit, if you are financing or leasing your Polestar, and schedule your Polestar handover.

Production slot timing can only be guaranteed once we receive confirmation of your order, so we recommend completing your order as soon as you are able. Pre-orders that are not converted within six months will expire.
As our assortment of add-ons are sourced separately from our cars, we cannot guarantee delivery of add-ons when you collect your car. Please check available options when ordering add-ons in our webshop.
