Most of our Polestar spaces are purely retail environments and offer service at off-site locations. Your Polestar space team can assist with arranging service at their service location or you can find your nearest service location using our online tool.

Polestar ID is your personal ID. It gives you access to various Polestar services including login to Polestar.com and the Polestar mobile app.
Yes, your Polestar ID is created automatically when ordering your Polestar. You need to activate your Polestar ID within 30 days to be able to proceed with your order. This is done by clicking the link in the message sent to your provided e-mail address.
When your order has been assigned a VIN-number, it will be available on your order page which you can access by logging in at Polestar.com with your Polestar ID.
