The Polestar 1 app is compatible with various mobile devices and operating systems.
The Polestar 1 app is available for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch as well as Android phones and wearables. You can download the app for free from Apple App Store or Google Play.
For the Polestar 1 app to work as well as possible, ensure that you have updated the app to the latest version available for your device. More information on technical requirements concerning version, as well as operating systems and compatibility for device models, is available when downloading apps.
Note
Polestar reserves the right to end the maintenance of older versions of apps and remove them from existing app stores at any time.
Internet connection
Because the app communicates with the vehicle via the Internet, your mobile device must have an Internet connection1 to perform your commands.
